Handling seat selection warnings
Some of the venues/distributors will set specific seat selection rules to maximise the seating allocation. These rules are flagged on the Seat Block and include:When the seat selection is changed, the application determines whether the new selection will pass any of the rules that are set as true/'true'.If there are warnings, these will be included in the seat selection change event as well as included as a tooltip for the Reserve button (which will be disabled if the seat selection does not abide by the rules).If you hide the basket on your integration of Arena, then you will need to provide a way to display to your customer when their selection does neet meet the required rules: Modified at 2025-10-07 10:54:55
