Arena is our in-house built seat mapping tool. It is apart of the Client Control Hub application as there is functionality for clients to create and manage their own venues. Along with being able to manage the maps with our seat map designer, the application can combine maps with data from events to display a usable seat map for customers to purchase seats or see reviews.Manage Maps#
Arena’s can be managed using the Arena Management section of Client Control Hub. Further information on how to design and modify these maps can be found in our Arena Designer section.Sell Seats#
To display available seats for a performance for customers who would like to sell seats, we can see these using either the Preview mode for an Arena or by using the Arena widget detailed in the section below. To display performance reviews based on the seats from customers who have previously purchased tickets, we can show these using either the Preview mode for an Arena or by using the Arena widget.
